This episode includes a profound awaking that changed my life and my way of thinking or (not thinking) which is necessary to de-stress and find your way to or back to HEALTH and HAPPINESS. Each week I will share with you a new thought that will change your way of thinking.
My goal is to help those that are in the same or similar situation that I was in. It is possible to be a better person and happier than you were before your diagnosis with out changing anything but your thoughts.
