This episode is about loving yourself. I know it's a cliche that we often hear about loving yourself but this is true love this is going on the journey that you need to go through, learning the things that you need to learn and coming to that realization that you are the one person who loves you more than anyone else and when you love yourself others are attracted to you more because your neediness of needing their approval their emotions their fondness of you goes away and you're around them because you want to be and likewise they want to be around you because they're attracted to that person who is so confident who is self assured and who is loved by themselves. Then you are able to freely love others.
