Although this podcast started out for people who were ill and the journey it takes you on. Aftwe discovering a positive way to deal with your new normal and getting life back on track and happy again.
It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (poor health) to HEALTH and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way. While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding what our niche is and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion, keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before. Find a place where you enjoy life and focus on the things that are going well, not the things that aren’t, When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is, then you are truly free and can live in the present moment and enjoy this thing called life. Today's episode has a guest speaker who is facing some serious adversities. Although she is very young very beautiful she had to except things in her life and she does it with grace and beauty and a very positive attitude. I have asked her to share what she does to keep such a good outlook on life in spite of what's going on with her and how she does it. And also a reminder for those of us that give our gratitude prayer and we give gratitude for our homes our cars but we often forget to give gratitude for the little things but they're actually very big things because when they're taken away they're probably one of the biggest things in your life and that is the fact that you can walk that you can talk that you can hear we need to remember that we already half a multitude.
