Although this podcast started out for people who were ill and the journey it takes you on. Aftwe discovering a positive way to deal with your new normal and getting life back on track and happy again.
It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (poor health) to HEALTH and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way. While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding what our niche is and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion, keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before. Find a place where you enjoy life and focus on the things that are going well, not the things that aren’t, When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is, then you are truly free and can live in the present moment and enjoy this thing called life. Staying Consistant in a Inconsistent World - Ep 72e
Staying consistent in an inconsistent world is about doing all the right things, all the work living in the present moment being positive, but as soon as you step out your front door you're in a world that's full of negativity, opinions, so how do you combat this. Aside from surrounding yourself with positive people which isn't always possible in the workplace. It's like anything that you want to run optimally you need to recharge your battery each day when you get home. To do this I recommend bringing all the issues of the day to meditation to prayer and what you meditate on, the answers you get are usually positive and and oftentimes something you never even thought of. That is one way of charging your battery. I realize it is unfortunate that we have to shield ourselves so much and there's a lot of very positive people, positive situations but we live in a world where it's kind of a mixed bag and so we need to learn to protect ourselves and still walk confidently in being our best selves and being the person that we want to be and it's just taking steps and learning how to do this, how to get recharged so that you're on track daily.
