Although this podcast started out for people who were ill and the journey it takes you on. Aftwe discovering a positive way to deal with your new normal and getting life back on track and happy again.
It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (poor health) to HEALTH and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way. While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding what our niche is and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion, keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before. Find a place where you enjoy life and focus on the things that are going well, not the things that aren’t, When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is, then you are truly free and can live in the present moment and enjoy this thing called life. Trying To Get Closure - Ep 97e
When you have had a situation in your life that seems to haunt you forever and all you want is Peace of Mind or closure with it. The best thing to do is contact the person involved and communicate with them it's not about whether they see that you're right and they're wrong, it's about hearing each other's sides and finding closure. It may not change a situation but it will give you closure. If somebody won't allow you that few minutes of their time to make you feel better then just know that you have done the right thing you've taken the steps to get the closure you need and want and deserve and if they won't allow you that time then you're going to have closure but in another way you're gonna find that that person is an individual that would rather be in denial or doesn't want to be uncomfortable enough to make another human being feel better and have Peace of Mind, either way you can walk away with closure knowing that you took the right steps knowing that you did your part and knowing the kind of individual that they are.
