This episode ( Finding The Positive In Everything) is about changing and I mean truly changing our thought pattern and everything we do everything we say instead of jumping to the catastrophic outcome, it jumps to a positive outcome. At first it's just lip service but then as you repeat it and there are exercises you could do included in this podcast that train your brain to flip from negative to positive. Then taking it a step further remaining and keeping that positive attitude when you're surrounded by people with different thoughts, different attitudes, different visions and still remaining positive and knowing that what they're saying or feeling or doing is not a reflection on you. Pretty soon your way of life is not only thinking positively which develops a confidence, it starts to reflect externally in your posture so you're not only thinking, talking  in a positive confident way but you're also walking in a positive, confident way.
