HEALTH & HAPPINESS with Lynette Mieglitz
Although this podcast started out for people who were ill and the journey it takes. After discovering a positive way to deal with your new normal and getting life back on track and happy again.
It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (unhealthy) to HEALTHy and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way. While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding our niche, living our best lifeis and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion, keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before.Find a place where you enjoy life,
have motivation and focus on the things that are going well, not the things that are not. embrace your well-being, When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you, what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is, then you are truly free and can live in the present moment and enjoy this thing called life. What If - Ep 142e
This episode “What If” is a continuation of last week's episode that things don't always have to be so hard. What I mean by this is there comes a time in every situation where we've done our part and our only duty is to do nothing. If your a person who's used to be always doing than this feels very foreign to you and the instinct is to take control, thinking that you are making things better or bringing them close to you but sometimes the very best thing to do in any situation is nothing and let life unfold and bring you things when they are supposed to come. I go over sometimes when I tried to take control in my own life. Learning to let go of control can often times feel boring but it's a necessary tool to learn to be your best self and to live your best life.
