times right now it is important to keep our light shining.
This podcast started out to help people going through a serious diagnosis, or any kind of trauma in a positive way, how to navigate through it and realize there is life after the rug is pulled out from under you. It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (unhealthy) to HEALTHy and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way. While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding our niche, living our best lifeis and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion, keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before.Find a place where you enjoy life,
have motivation and focus on the things that are going well, not the things that are not. embrace your well-being, When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you, what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is, then you are truly free and can live in the present moment and enjoy this thing called life. This episode “Think What You Live” is taking a step further than just living your best life or just being in the present moment it's actually changing the way you view the world. Our childhood upbringing has molded us to the way we are now or the way we think now. Some of that is not to our advantage so it's taking all of that and recognizing it as some of it being a lie. This episode is about not believing the lies any longer and looking at the world in a different light, changing your thoughts, realizing you don't need all of those negative thoughts. Walking in more of a trust which then translates into the physical. When you start this new way of looking at the world of walking in it being who you are people will notice and they will confirm it to you, but the beautiful part of it is at this point you don't care if anybody sees it or not because you feel good about you. You finally discovered who you are and your place in this world.
