times right now it is important to keep our light shining.
This podcast started out to help people going through a serious diagnosis, or any kind of trauma in a positive way, how to navigate through it and realize there is life after the rug is pulled out from under you. It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (unhealthy) to HEALTHy and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way. While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding our niche, living our best lifeis and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion, keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before.Find a place where you enjoy life,
have motivation and focus on the things that are going well, not the things that are not. embrace your well-being, When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you, what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is, then you are truly free and can live in the present moment and enjoy this thing called life. This episode “The Secret To Life – Gratitude” is part 2 of a four part series. I believe part of enjoying life is realizing that we're not victims, that we already have so much starting with the day we were born as human beings to be able to walk to see to hear to touch there's so much right out of the gate to be grateful for. If at any time any of this was taken away from you then you would truly embrace what each thing means to you, however sometimes we take so much for granted. In life it's not only our own attributes but the people around us whether it be friends, family, those that we love and love us, our jobs, whatever it is that you have that is added to your life you need to embrace and be grateful for. When you start to embrace and have gratitude for what and who is around you then I think that's when your priorities really start to line up because you realize what is and what should be important to you. Wealth is not always money.
