times right now it is important to keep our light shining.
This podcast started out to help people going through a serious diagnosis, or any kind of trauma in a positive way, how to navigate through it and realize there is life after the rug is pulled out from under you. It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (unhealthy) to HEALTHy and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way. While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding our niche, living our best lifeis and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion, keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before.Find a place where you enjoy life,
have motivation and focus on the things that are going well, not the things that are not. embrace your well-being, When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you, what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is, then you are truly free and can live in the present moment and enjoy this thing called life. This episode “You're Not Aging Out” is about as people get older they think this is the end but all it is, is a new chapter, a new beginning, something different. When you think of the past every decade in our life or every milestone has been different we've had to make adjustments to where we were at that moment whether it be emotionally, mentally, physically, financially. This Is a reminder that we are still living and are opening ourselves up to new opportunities, new chapters and if we don't know what to do with this new chapter certainly technology is a good place to start because we can be in touch with the entire world and every opportunity that goes with it while we sit and our own homes. No matter what your limitation is, it doesn't matter it's a new beginning and by new I mean brand new at this age and that is so exciting.
