times right now it is important to keep our light shining.
This podcast started out to help people going through a serious diagnosis, or any kind of trauma in a positive way, how to navigate through it and realize there is life after the rug is pulled out from under you. It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (unhealthy) to HEALTHy and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way. While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding our niche, living our best lifeis and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion, keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before.Find a place where you enjoy life,
have motivation and focus on the things that are going well, not the things that are not. embrace your well-being, When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you, what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is, then you are truly free and can live in the present moment and enjoy this thing called life. This episode “Some People Don't Give You a Choice” is about sometimes we're put in a position where someone acts like they want our opinion but in reality they want us to agree with them. Often times when you choose your own ethics, your own integrity, it goes against the other person, but it's important in life and for the preservation of self-love, self-esteem and feeling good about yourself is choosing what you know is right for you and that it lines up with your morals. If somebody doesn't let you make a choice other than choose them, even though in your heart you know it's not the right decision then you have to make a decision about that person and how close into your orbit do you want them. Just because you disagree on a situation doesn't mean you can't love who you love but you just need to remember what they're capable of and what their mindset is and not be surprised when it surfaces. There are many different opinions and ways to handle things in this world, it doesn't necessarily mean right or wrong but you just need to take care of you and feel good about your own decisions.
